By purchasing from our shop, you have agreed to adhere to the store policies.

Preorders

  • Preordered items are eligible for a refund only during the preorder window.
  • Preorder items will be shipped upon their arrival.
  • Items that are in stock and purchased with a preordered item are shipped together.

Shipping Policy

  • International Shipping of non-paper products unavailable for US customers.
  • International buyers are accountable for customs duties or import taxes. 
  • We are not responsible for customs delays or issues. Refunds cannot be issued due to customs problems.
  • If the package's status hasn't been updated for a long period of time - leave a ticket in the “Contact” section of the site.

Refund and Returns

  • All sales are final; returns are not accepted.
  • Refunds will only be processed prior to the shipment of the item.

1. Full replacement with free shipping:
  • The wrong item was sent or the package goes missing due to a mistake we made. Please contact us and we’ll get it sorted out as best as we can.
2. The order needs replacement (with shipping fee):
  • The package was lost due to a mistake made by the courier or myself.
  • The package was returned to the sender (We will inform you via email if this happens).
  • The package arrives heavily damaged at the fault of the courier.*
3. No replacements or refunds:
  • The wrong address was provided or the address was changed and we were not informed before shipment.


*If the damage was made due to client mishandling, it will not be replaced. If the damage is very minor, it will not be replaced.

Keep in mind that acrylic products may look scratched when they arrive because of the plastic film on them that's there to protect them. Peel the plastic film off first!
